  • Is there a delivery minimum?

    The delivery minimum for all areas is only $50 after all promotions have been applied.
  • Should I use Mountain Remedy?

    YES! MOUNTAIN REMEDY offers easy access to high quality cannabis products without the hassle of looking for parking or waiting in line! Order online within a few clicks! You can also chat, call, text, or email us to place your order with one of our knowledgeable Menu Experts! It’s like having your friendly neighborhood budtender come right to your door!
  • When will I get my order?

    MOUNTAIN REMEDY’s mission is to get your delivery as quickly as possible! You will receive a text notification to the phone number provided when you are next in the drivers queue, with a tracking link to the drivers location and an exact ETA!
    Express: For Express deliveries you will hear from a driver in 90 minutes or less.
    Scheduled: For Scheduled deliveries we offer 2 hour time blocks up to 48 hours in advance.
  • Can I ask for discretion upon delivery?

    YES! MOUNTAIN REMEDY chooses to be as discreet as possible while following all required safety standards. After you receive your text that the driver is on the way, you will also receive a second text notifying you when they are 2-3 minutes out. Please utilize the messages section upon checkout if you have any further instructions you’d like to include!
  • Can I talk to a live person?

    YES! Our Menu Experts can be reached by call at 925-420-4215. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have!
  • Is tax included on my order?

    YES! All of our prices include taxes which makes for a much easier ordering process. You will not be surprised by any additional costs or taxes upon arrival of your delivery!
  • I am visiting from out of state. Can I get a delivery?

    YES! Any individual with a valid, government-issued photo ID proving they are 21 or older may order. We also require new users to submit a Berbix verification which involves taking a real-time selfie to confirm that the person on the card is the person ordering.
  • Can I return a defective or ineffective product?

    YES! Please [contact us] We will be happy to assist you! Whether it be a vape cart that just isn’t hitting, or a cannabis product that isn’t working for you, please let us know. MOUNTAIN REMEDY will always make sure you are happy with your purchase.
  • Can somebody else get my delivery for me?

    YES! Just have them on MountainRemedy.com. Once they’re a user, they’ll be able to receive orders for you!
