  • Is there a delivery minimum?

    The delivery minimum for all areas is only $29 after all promotions have been applied.
  • Should I use Mountain Remedy?

    YES! MOUNTAIN REMEDY offers easy access to high quality cannabis products without the hassle of looking for parking or waiting in line! Order online within a few clicks! You can also chat, call, text, or email us to place your order with one of our knowledgeable Menu Experts! It’s like having your friendly neighborhood budtender come right to your door!
  • When will I get my order?

    MOUNTAIN REMEDY’s mission is to get your delivery as quickly as possible! You will receive a text notification from Onfleet to the phone number provided when you are next in the drivers queue with an ETA!

    Express: For Express deliveries you will hear from a driver in 90 minutes or less.

    Scheduled: For Scheduled deliveries we offer 2 hour time blocks up to 48 hours in advance.
  • Can I ask for discretion upon delivery?

    YES! MOUNTAIN REMEDY chooses to be as discreet as possible while following all required safety standards. After you receive your text that the driver is on the way, you will also receive a second text notifying you when they are 2-3 minutes out. Please utilize the messages section upon checkout if you have any further instructions you’d like to include!
  • Can I talk to a live person?

    YES! Our Menu Experts can be reached by call at 925-420-4215. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have!
  • Will tax be added in the cart?

    YES! As required by the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, local cannabis taxing authorities, and the California Department of Cannabis Control, we are required to charge taxes for all purchases. We understand that taxation in our industry is high, and we are working with local groups to help people get their products for a lower price!
  • I am visiting from out of state. Can I get a delivery?

    YES! Any individual with a valid, government-issued photo ID proving they are 21 or older may order.
  • Can I return a defective or ineffective product?

    YES! Please contact us. We will be happy to assist you! MOUNTAIN REMEDY will always make sure you are happy with your purchase.
  • Can somebody else get my delivery for me?

    YES! They need to be 21+ with a valid ID to be able to receive it for you. Note: If the delivery is pre-paid, you will need to receive the order yourself.

Payment 101

  • Can I pay by card?

    YES! We take debit card payments for a $4 USD fee. For contactless payment, select "Pay Online" when you check out through our website.
  • Do you have contactless payment options?

    YES! For a contactless payment select "Pay Online" when you check out through our website. Save time receiving your delivery with this pre-paid option! All information is encrypted so no human has access to your personal information.
  • Can I pay with Apple Pay?

    Apple Pay is not an accepted form of payment for cannabis at this time.

Loyalty 101

  • Does Mountain Remedy have a rewards or loyalty program?

    YES! MOUNTAIN REMEDY has a loyalty program called CannaCash. With each purchase, you will earn CannaCash which can be redeemed on demand from your account! Each dollar earns $.04. That means if you place a $100 order you'll have $4 sitting in your account for your next purchase! (Beat that AMEX!)

    YES! Mountain Remedy accepts Medical Cards so that you can increase your legal purchase limit from 1oz to 8oz of flower and many more edibles and concentrates.
  • I am a vendor and I want to get my product on your menu. Who can I talk to?

    All new vendor inquiries must go through our email at info@mountainremedy.com. If a buyer is interested in a meeting, they will reach out to you.
